Pink Tea Recipe
Introduction
Pink Tea Burns

Ingredients
Green tea
leaves 3 teaspoons
Milk ½ kg
Pistachio crushed
5 pcs
Water as
required
Sugar as per
taste
Almonds crushed
5 pcs
Cardamom 5 pcs
Baking soda 1
pinch
Preparation
Take water,
salt, green tea leaves and cardamom in a wide based cooking pot and bring this
stuff to boil. Once boiled add baking soda. Boil it a bit, then add 2 cups of
cold water and let it boil for another 10 to 15 minutes. Add salt or sugar
(whatever you like) and blend it well with a deep based cooking spoon. Add milk
and let the whole stuff boil for 2 to 3 times. Add almond and pistachio. Pink Tea
is ready to serve.
